POSTPONED: Tuesday, Oct. 30: Charles Haynes will moderate the panel discussion “Religion, the Supreme Court and the 2012 Election: What is at Stake”  at 6:30 p.m. in the Knight Conference Center at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. The program is sponsored by Moment Magazine and the Religious Freedom Education Project at the Newseum.

Tuesday, Oct. 30: John Seigenthaler will lead a discussion on “First Amendment Challenges Posed by New Media Technology” as part of Belmont University’s College of Law Speaker Series. The free, public event will begin at 7 p.m. at Belmont’s Massey Performing Arts Center  in Nashville.  Ticket information here.

Thursday, Nov. 1: Ken Paulson will participate in a panel discussion at Leadership Nashville’s Government and Media Day at the First Amendment Center.

Nov. 2-3: Gene Policinski will conduct several seminars on the First Amendment and journalism at the the 91st Annual ACP/CMA National College Media Convention in Chicago.
