FAC scholar shares thoughts on Stolen Valor case

First Amendment Center Scholar David L. Hudson Jr. and several other legal experts were invited by SCOTUSblog to share their views on U.S. v. Alvarez, the Stolen Valor Act case.

Hudson shares his reasons as to why the Court may take up the case here, including the fact that some lower courts are split over the constitutionality of the federal law that criminalizes falsely claiming to have earned military honors.
