FAC experts discuss BART, free speech on radio shows

The First Amendment Center’s Ken Paulson and Gene Policinski were tapped for their expertise last week on separate NPR programs to discuss technology and free speech after Bay Area Rapid Transit’s cutoff of cell-phone service in an attempt to head off a potential protest.
