Collegians honored for free-speech PSAs

The National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation and the Broadcast Education Association have announced the winners of their annual free-speech public service announcement competition.

More than 100 college communications students submitted 30-second radio or television spots that addressed “What freedom of speech means to me.”
